The team at Barcelona In Context consists of two people who manage the reserve department, and a 10 person team of full-time guides, together with the help of great professionals, guides, and freelance assistants.
From the reserve department a completely personalized treatment is given to each customer, tracking each group from the beginning of the reserve until the service ends, alwats asking for the clients’ feedback once the excursion or event is finalized.
The full-time guide team is very active, always striving for improvement and giving precise attention to each and every client.
Between guides and collaborators, we reach an endless amount of languages and experts in different fields.
