Cancellation Policy

We keep cancellation simple and human: plans change, and a private operator can absorb changes better than a marketplace. This page describes the general conditions that apply to our tours and visits; the proposal you receive in writing always states the exact conditions for your booking, which prevail. Monument admission tickets purchased in your name (Sagrada Família, Park Güell, Museu Picasso and similar) follow each venue’s own refund rules, which we pass through at cost without markup.

General conditions

Rescheduling is always our first offer: if your dates move, we move with them whenever guide and venue availability allows, at no rescheduling fee.

Cancellation notice periods and any applicable charges are stated in each written proposal, because they depend on the services involved — a walking tour and a full-day excursion with lunch reservations carry different commitments.

Monument tickets: timed admissions bought in your name are governed by each monument’s conditions; most venues do not refund timed tickets. Where a venue does allow changes, we will make them for you.

Weather and force majeure

Tours run rain or shine, and most itineraries have indoor-weighted variants. If severe weather, strikes, closures or other force majeure make a service impossible or unsafe, we propose an alternative date or itinerary first; if none works, we refund what has not been irrevocably committed to third parties.

If we ever have to cancel for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund — including ticket costs — or a rebooked date, at your choice.
